Acronym for Community Developmental Disabilities Program. Community Developmental Disabilities Programs are entities that are responsible for planning and delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a specific geographic service area (such as a county). CDDPs also conduct eligibility screenings for people who are interested in accessing I/DD services who have not yet been found eligible. Services Coordinators are typically employed by CDDPs.
