The ISP form (SDS) 4118 was updated in February 2021. This version has fixed several technical issues reported from the field. The file size is also smaller than previous versions. This release includes translated versions of the ISP and an updated Large Print version.
Implementation plan: This is an optional release, which means renewing ISPs do not have to be transferred over to the new version. See the list of valid versions of the ISP form for more information.
